Your CTA Program sponsored Career Transition Advisors (CTA) are available at the junior high and high school levels as a development resource for youth in need of employment services throughout the Santa Clarita Valley.

This team of dedicated professionals assist the education team in formulating realistic school to work transition goals, while functioning as community based vocational counselors, job developers, and program liaisons. 

Considered paramount in the development of a successful transition plan, our Career Transition Advisors use a variety of interest and aptitude assessment tools in order to gauge student strengths and vocational preference. A program referral is needed for service implementation.
