Opportunities include: interest assessment, intensive workforce preparation training, concurrent enrollment in local occupational training, immersive exploration in areas of expressed career interest, career counseling, transition planning, and paid work training. |

Transition Partnership Program
Offered as a service collaborative with the California Department of Rehabilitation, opportunities include: interest assessment, intensive workforce preparation training, concurrent enrollment in local occupational training support, immersive exploration in areas of expressed career interest, career counseling, transition planning, paid work training, and post secondary training and job placement support. |
